ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR "INVASIVE
SPECIES REMOVAL AT MARINE STADIUM MARINA" ("PROJECT"), IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $28,975; AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI'S MATCHING
FUNDS FOR FIFTY PERCENT (50%) OF THE PROJECT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$28,975, AS STATED HEREIN, FOR AN ESTIMATED TOTAL PROJECT COST OF $57,950,
AVAILABLE UNDER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 40-B30706, TO BE APPROPRIATED
BY SEPARATE RESOLUTION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
GRANT AGREEMENT, IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE ATTACHED FORM, AND ALL OTHER
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR THE
ACCEPTANCE, ADMINISTRATION, AND EXECUTION OF SAID GRANT AGREEMENT.
