TRANSITIONAL USE UNDER PRIOR ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
FOR AN ADDITIONAL TERM OF UP TO TWENTY (20) YEARS, FOR THE
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 770 AND 776
NORTHEAST 80TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
