A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION
NO. 13-0206, ADOPTED MAY 23, 2013, TO REFLECT THE REPROGRAMMING OF
EXISTING FUNDING.
WHEREAS, the revised appropriations constitute an update to the existing Multi -Year Capital
Plan approved pursuant to Resolution No. 12-0498, adopted December 13, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the previous appropriations remain authorized to continue previously approved
capital projects; and
WHEREAS, select previous appropriations are being reallocated within Capital Funds; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary in order to approve appropriations for new sources of
revenues for Fiscal Year 2013 and add to prior year appropriations in Capital Funds based on the
following format:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The herein appropriations are hereby made for implementation of municipal capital
improvements of the City of Miami ("City"), for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2013. The added
appropriations are designated by reference to capital fund and fund balances. Descriptive fund
number and project balances, when included, are shown for informational purposes only.

Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature
by the Mayor.{1}

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, It shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
