Funds are to be allocated from various Capital Improvement Projects, as listed in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated. Background Information: The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) No, 12-13-043 for construction services for the District 3 - Roadway, Traffic and Drainage Improvements (Part 4) Project (Project). Five (5) bids were received by the Office of the City Clerk on June 11, 2013. CIP has determined Metro Express, Inc. (Metro) to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City Manager requests authorization to execute a contract with Metro in the amount of $925,153.60, for the scope of work, plus a ten" percent (10%) owner contingency amount of $92,515.36, for a total not to exceed award value of $1,017,668.96. - Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
