PARCEL II:
Lot 1, LESS that portion of said Lot 1 conveyed for street purposes (right of way for
Biscayne Boulevard) in Deed Book 1004, Page 154, in Block 2, "AMENDED PLAT OF
BAYSIDE PARK', as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 40, Public Records of Miami -Dade
County, Florida.
AND
Lots 2 through 11, inclusive, LESS the West 5 feet of said Lot 11 conveyed to the City of
Miami for widening N.E. 2nd Avenue, in Deed Book 532, Page 199, Block 2, "AMENDED
PLAT OF BAYSIDE PARK", as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 40, Public Records of
Miami -Dade County, Florida.
PARCEL III:
A portion of the 15 feet wide private alley of "BAYONNE SUBDIVISION", as recorded in
Plat Book 2, Page 35, Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more
particularly described as being bounded on the North by the South line of Block 2 of said
"BAYONNE SUBDIVISION"; bounded on the East by a line 50 feet West of and parallel
to the center line of Biscayne Boulevard (State Road 5); bounded on the South by a line
15 feet South of and parallel to said South line of Block 2; and bounded on the West by a
line 35 feet East of and parallel to the West line of the Southwest one quarter (SW1/4) of
Section 30, Township 53 South, Range 42 East, Miami -Dade County, Florida:
