Background Information: The Purchasing Department identified a need for establishment of a citywide term contract for Transportation Services. On March 22, 2013, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 362319; and, pursuant to the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on Line. The solicitation period closed April 18, 2013 and the five (5) responsive bids received were tabulated. Per the attached Tabulation Sheet, the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted per each of two (2) respective categories for the transportation services are recommended for award.
