APPROV MO/RL/jms Attachment 37 107-3 vi Gallastegui Agenda Coordinator CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on May 23, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the sole source provision of extending the maintenance and support of the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and Omnitrak Systems from MorphoTrak Inc. located at 1250 N. Tustin Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92807. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirement for this item may contact Yusbel Gonzalez, City of Miami Department of Purchasing, at (305) 416-1958. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning such proposed acquisition. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
