Recipients must apply on-line using FDLE's grant management system, Subgrant Information Management
On -Line (SIMON). SIMON can be accessed at http://simon.fdle.state.fl.us. The Project Start Date will be the
first day of the application submission month. At this time the ending date is no later than May 31, 2013. It is
anticipated that a request for an extension will be submitted to the DHS later in the grant cycle.
Application completion will require an "Announcement Code" which is a security feature allowing access to the
application. The Announcement Code is FY09BZPP. To assist you in completing this application a user
manual is available on-line.
In addition to the on-line submission, recipients must print out the completed application and required
