HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-13-0189City of Miami Legislation Resolution: R-13-0189 City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com File Number: 13-00623 Final Action Date: 5/9/2013 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO TAKE ALL LEGAL ACTION NECESSARY, INCLUDING INITIATING ANY AND ALL LITIGATION, IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO FORECLOSE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3851 BIRD ROAD, MIAMI, FLORIDA, OWNED BY PREMIER LUXURY INVESTMENTS, LLC, RAYMOND MITRI, THE REGISTERED AGENT AND ALL RELATED ENTITIES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Attorney is authorized to take all legal action necessary, including initiating any and all action, in law or in equity, to foreclose on the property located at 3851 Bird Road, Miami, Florida, owned by Premier Luxury Investments, LLC, Raymond Mitri, the registered agent and all related entities. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of the Mayor.{1} Footnotes: {1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
