Background Information:
CIP is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all construction
related capital projects in the City of Miami, and for the financial management of all capital funds.
The roadways and drainage systems in District 4 are currently in need of improvements, specifically
within the Tamiami area.
The Administration recommends the transfer of CDBG funds in the total amount of $265,414.98, as
specified in Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated, to CIP for new roadway, drainage and traffic
improvements in eligible areas of District 4.
