Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a term contract for Law Enforcement Helmets. On September 5, 2012, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation for Bid No. 333292. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on line. On September 21, 2013, at the bid opening, two (2) bidders, responded, and the bids have been tabulated. Super Seer Corporation, non -local, submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid per specifications and is therefore recommended for the award.
