United States District Court, Case No.: 12-21016-Civ-Hoeveler

The attached proposed Resolution seeks authorization for the settlement of all claims
against the City of Miami, and all City officers, employees and agents, asserted in the above -
referenced lawsuit, in the amount of $100,000.
In this case Plaintiff alleges violations of his constitutional rights by the Miami Police
Department following the closure of a street party in Coconut Grove on Halloween night,
October 31, 2010 through November 1, 2010.
Funds in the amount of $100,000 will be allocated from Account No.
05002.301001.545000.0000.00000.
