City of Miami, et al., United States District Court, Case No.: 12-21016-Civ-Hoeveler (File No. 13-00423a) The attached proposed Resolution seeks authorization for the settlement of all claims against the City of Miami, and all City officers, employees and agents, asserted in the above - referenced lawsuit, in the amount of $100,000. In this case Plaintiff alleges violations of his constitutional rights by the Miami Police Department following the closure of a street party in Coconut Grove on Halloween night, October 31, 2010 through November 1, 2010.
