Background Information: The City of Miami, Miami Dade County, and the residents of Liberty Square, desire to create a safe environment for the children in the Housing Development. The City of Miami agrees to fund the installation of a playground and youth athletic field, in an amount not to exceed $175,000.00. This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, and to provide all other necessary documents, amendments, extensions and modifications in order to comply with said Memorandum of Understanding.
