AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI'S ("CITY'S") REQUIRED
MATCHING FUNDS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $350,000, FROM THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE
TRANSIT SURTAX.
