LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF SOUTHWEST 28TH STREET AND SOUTHWEST 37TH AVENUE
AT DOUGLAS PARK, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT
"A", ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION,
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES INCLUDING THE
EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING PUMP STATION, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT,
IMPROVE OR CHANGE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN SAID EASEMENT.
