PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Managing Partner of Cervera Real Estate since 2011, I have been successfully selling real estate
throughout South Florida —and all over the globe —for over thirty years. Together with the
company's leadership on the executive team, I have spearheaded an effort to exponentially
expand the firm's base. While it could easily be said that my career in real estate began during
infancy, in fact the real baby steps occurred in the early 1980s when I sold my first development
project: Brickell Key II. As the second of three Cervera generations involved in the real estate
business, I am proud to have been handed the baton —and perhaps even prouder to pass it on to
the next generation of Cervera women.

Highlights: Recognized by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce as 2011 Condo Broker
of the Year; by the Miami Herald as 2011 Miami Power Broker; and by SunPost Newspaper as
one of Miami's Power Women. Additionally, I have been made a lifetime member of the
Manchester Who's Who Registry of Executives and Professionals.
Description:
After successfully selling out all of Related's projects during the real estate boom, I decided to
go back to my roots and take the role of Managing Partner for Cervera Real Estate. Within one
year we doubled the size of the company to 19 real estate offices and 275 licensed sales
associates. In addition, our firm secured BrickellHouse, one of first development projects to
break ground since the 2007-2010 downtown, achieving 90% sell -out in less than nine months.
Currently, under my leadership, CRE is represents eight exclusive development projects
throughout South Florida, including Downtown's Epic and Marquis.

Related Cervera Realty Services (RCRS)
Highlights: In May, 2007 RCRS was nominated —and won four Platinum awards from the
Builders Association of South Florida. That same year, I was awarded Best Entrepreneur by the
Stevie Awards for Women in Business; I was also a finalist for South Florida Business Journal's
Business Woman of the Year award. In August, 2006 I was featured as "The Achiever" by
Miami Today, the newspaper that serves the business and civic communities in Miami, Florida.
Description: After working on numerous exclusive ventures, and after several years of
successfully representing Miami's top developers, I partnered with visionary developer Jorge
Perez and the Related Group when they invited me —together with Cervera Real Estate —to join
forces. The result was Related Cervera Realty Services (RCRS), which was born in 2011as a
result of this union. RCRS soon became among the "Top 20 Fastest Growing Private
Companies," as ranked by the South Florida Business Journal. In just ten years, this full service
real estate brokerage sold more than 14,600 units, representing over $6.8 billion. Dating from the
time the marketplace began to shift in 2008, my team closed over $720 million in newly
completed developer inventory.

Highlights: Youngest founding member of Master Broker's Forum. Membership in this
prestigious organization is by invitation only and limited to only the top real estate professionals
in the area; furthermore, it is based on a long record of sales success, commitment to the
profession's highest ethical values, and a dedication to remain consistently educated vis-a-vis the
industry and one's community. Under my leadership, we were able to expand the organization to
Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Description: I joined the firm originally founded by my mother and took on all the different
roles assigned to me in order to capitalize on the exceptional training afforded me through this
opportunity. During these preliminary years of intense instruction and on-the-job training, I made
my way through —and up —the ranks, eventually making my mark with such luxury
condominiums as: The Imperial, Villa Regina and Bristol Towers in what was, at the time, the up
and coming Brickell Avenue area. I have always espoused a people -first attitude, along with an
absolute commitment to maintain the highest ethical standards in conducting business —I am
confident this has kept me, and Cervera Real Estate, among the major players in the industry.

MISCELLANEOUS
I grew up surrounded by real estate, with both parents involved in the industry. While family ties
may have initially been the impetus to get me drawn into the high stakes world of multi —million
dollar properties, throughout my career I took on various roles from all aspects, markets and
disciplines of the business to learn everything I could from the ground up —and from wall to
wall. My objective is to lead by example, extending the finest service available to our clients,
while doing the same for internal customers— our agent associates, the lifeblood of Cervera Real
Estate.
Over the past 30+ years, I have received extensive training and taken a variety of courses related
to real estate, management and leadership, finance and various other areas of great interest to my
ever evolving position within Cervera Real Estate. My ultimate goal is to remain consistently
relevant with the industry, with technology, and with sales and marketing strategies to ensure
that Cervera Real Estate is not a leader, but the leader in comprehensive developer real estate
services throughout South Florida —and throughout the world —for many generations to come.
Born in Havana, Cuba, I was raised in Miami and am a naturalized U.S. citizen, fluent in English
and Spanish with conversational skills in Portuguese.
