Resumes for OSPB Appointments
The Off -Street Parking Board was created to operate, manage and control the off-street parking
facilities of the city and all properties pertaining thereto. Pursuant to Section 23(a) of the Charter,
members shall reside or have principal place of business in Miami, but no officer or employee of
the City shall serve as a member. The City Commission confirms appointments made by Off -
Street Parking Board.
Two (2) confirmations are required as of this time:
■ The Commission -At -Large is requested by the Off -Street Parking Board to confirm
the appointment of the following individuals:
1. Arthur Hertz, incumbent, whose term expired on December 2, 2012.*
2. Marlon Hill, incumbent, whose term expired on December 2, 2012. t
For your convenience, we are including a copy of the current membership of said board. By copy
of this memorandum, we are requesting the Agenda Office to place this issue on the March 14,
2013, Commission agenda.
