CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CITYWIDE, ON AN AS -NEEDED BASIS, FOR CAPITAL
PROJECTS; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND
DEPARTMENTAL BUDGETS, SUBJECT TO BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED;
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADD OR REPLACE JOC CONTRACTORS
ON AN AS -NEEDED BASIS.
