Subject: Resolution amending Capital Projects Appropriations Resolution No. 13-0017, adopted
January 10, 2013.
Purpose of Item:
To appropriate new funding sources and to amend the Capital Improvements Appropriations
Resolution No. 13-0017, to reflect the addition of these funds as well as other reprogramming of
existing funding.
Background Information:
New appropriations. of Sanitary Sewer GO Bonds; Impact Fees revenues and Surplus Goods & Fixed
Assets Sales are being established to fund various Capital Improvements projects. New appropriations
of grants from Florida Inland Navigation District, Florida Department of Transportation and
Downtown Development Agency are being established to fund various Capital Improvements
projects. These new appropriations, as well as reprogramming of existing funding to continue
projects, require that the Capital Improvements Appropriations Resolution No. 13.-0017 be amended
to reflect said changes to the capital appropriations.
