Hello Elvi,
Commissioner Carollo would like the following as discussion items at the Jan. 10 commission meeting:
1)Update discussion regarding the timely issuance of the audited financial statement ending September 30, 2012.
2) Update regarding work performed by other governmental agencies on city streets and the lack of adequate
milling and resurfacing to restorestreets to their original condition.
3) Procedures regarding the CIP process in order to better the infrastructure and services to the community.
4) Discussion regarding compliance with the Financial Integrity Principles Ordinance.
