Goals and Objectives for CIP 2013 • Staff reorganization * Design timeframe reduction o CIP management driven schedules not consultant driven schedules * Procurement timeframe reduction o CIP procurement process timeline • Construction contract time reduction o CIP management schedule development o Bids to include time and cost for consideration (Mgr rec) * Project tracking software re -vamp * Develop project expedite list • Work more closely with Public Works • Increase # ofJOC Contractors with emphasis on timeframe and liquidated damages • Increase # of Engineering consultant pool • Prepare CIP Plan including project/funding forecast and appropriations • Fully implement trolley system and insure it's safe and efficient operation SUBMITTED INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD FOR ITEMONJ /2- o/zy/- 57/6m/7%iz.
