Subject: Revocable License Agreement with The School Board of Miami -Dade County, Florida for the use of a
portion of the City -owned property located at 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, Florida
Purpose of Item:
A Resolution of the City of Miami Commission, with attachments, authorizing the City Manager to execute a
Revocable License Agreement, in substantially the attached form, between the City of Miami ("City") and The
School Board of Miami -Dade County, Florida, a body corporate and politic ("Licensee"), to allow the Licensee's
use of a portion of the City -owned property located at 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, Florida
("Property") to provide parking for the Licensee's employees during construction at the neighboring MAST
Academy, for a term of three years and at no cost to the Licensee, with additional terms and conditions more
particularly set forth in said Agreement.
