Law Department Matter ID No. Purpose of Item: To appropriate new funding sources and to amend the 2012-2013 Multi -Year Capital Plan Resolution No. 12-0498, to reflect the addition of these funds as well as other reprogramming of existing funding. Background Information: A new appropriation of Special Revenue Funds to Capital is being established for Little River Waterfront Park Acquisition, Phase II (Bayfront and Riverfront Lands Trust), B-50722A. A new appropriation of grant from Florida Inland Navigation District is being established to fund Pallot Park Shoreline Improvements - D2, B-30802 and to fund Manatee Bend Park Shoreline Improvements - D2, B-30801. A new appropriation of revenues from Subrogation Auto Claims is being established to fund Damaged Vehicle Replacement/Repairs, B-30666. These new appropriations, as well as reprogramming of existing funding to continue projects, require that the 2012-2013 Multi -Year Capital Plan Resolution No. 12-0498 be amended to reflect said changes to the plan.
