APPROVE vl Gallastegui, Agenda Coordinator Date: fie) !f - CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on October 25, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining competitive sealed bids for the sole source procurement of services from AT&T for a fully managed, hosted NG911 Solution, for the Police Department, in an amount not to exceed $2,577,778.88 for the first year of the contract and in an amount not to exceed $577,778.88 for each subsequent fiscal year, plus an additional annual amount of $128,964.96 to be paid directly to the State of Florida for annual network access fees, pursuant to MyFloridaNet statewide prices, subject to future rate adjustments by the State of Florida. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Maritza Suarez, Procurement Supervisor, at the City of Miami Purchasing Department at (305) 416-1907. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this item. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S.286.0105).
