Rules and Regulations, Collective Bargaining Agreements between administration and Unions (Fire, Police,
White Collar and Blue Collar), as well as legislation concerning equal employment practices, and policies.
Responsible for development and implementation of strategic plan and ensuring that staff maintain
compliance with targeted dates outlined therein. In this position, I direct and prepare correspondence to
communicate with Administration, staff and citizenry to whom Human Resources is responsible to serve.
