SINGLE STREAM HANDLING AND PROCESSING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS PROPOSED TONNAGE REVENUE: (A) Material is collected in one single stream (containers and fiber are together) and delivered to the receiving facility by the City. Price should be stated per ton and include all administrative costs. Tonnage price shall be reimbursed to the City. SINGLE STREAM Shall include the following: Container stream including aluminum cans, glass bottles and jars, (all colors/mixed), plastic bottles (1 & 2) and gable top containers, newspapers, mixed paper, c cardboard. $ 41.00 Per Ton X 3,200 (estimated tons per year) = (A) $131,200.00 2. ESTIMATED CITY TRANSPORTATION COST: (B) In an effort to better quantify efficiencies, the City will factor in the cost to transport to the Proposer's Facility. The basis of the analysis will assume the cost to travel to the Proposer's facility from the City's Solid Waste Facility. To calculate the estimated city, transportation costs, the Proposer should do the following: EXAMPLE: If the following "Suggested -Routes" were provided by Mapquest, then the route to be utilized for this exercise should he Route 2 and the figured inputted for "Route Time" would be 20 minutes to account for travel to and from the Proposer's Facility.
