STATUTE; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION TO
THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATORS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, AS STATED HEREIN, WITHIN
FIVE (5) DAYS OF ITS ADOPTION, PER THE STATUTE.
