Gallastegui, Agenda Coordinator Date MLK/RKD/TD/mtm CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on December 13, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements for competitive sealed bidding procedures and awarding. a sole -source contract, exceeding $25,000, to purchase, for the Department of Fire -Rescue, EZ-IO Intraosseous Infusion System and Accessories, from Vidacare, Corp., located at 4350 Lockhill Selma Road, Suite 150, Shavano Park, TX 78249. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact . Mr. Yusbel. Gonzalez, Senior Procurement Specialist, at the City of Miami Purchasing Department at (305) 416-1958. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning such proposed acquisition. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S.286.0105).
