Elvi Gallasteguenda Coordinator Enclosure HT:AB: FPL Easement Bicentennial Park CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on December 13, 2012, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY ("FP&L"), A FOR -PROFIT FLORIDA CORPORATION, FOR A PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (2,350) SQUARE FEET OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1075 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI, FLORIDA (ALSO KNOWN AS BICENTENNIAL PARK), AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC UTILITY FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, ADD TO, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN SAID EASEMENT. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning this matter. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S.286.0105).
