APPRO MO/MCS/jms Attachment 131 2,oi2 Elvi GalTastegui Agenda Coordinator CITY OF MIAMIJ FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on December 13, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids for the sole source provision of a Talon Gen IV Analog Conversion Kit, that will be used to upgrade the existing Talon Robotic Platform for the Miami Police Department's Bomb Squad from QinetiQ North America, Technology Solutions Group, located at 350 Second Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Terry Byrnes, Procurement Supervisor, at the City of Miami Purchasing Department at (305) 416-1917. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning such proposed acquisition. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S.286.0105).
