This memorandum is being written to advise you that Ms. Barbara Rodriguez has not attended
the last three Community Relations Board (CRB) meetings listed below:
• January 18, 2012
• February 21, 2012 and
• March 20, 2012
Therefore, as per City of Miami Code, Chapter 2-2881 (1), "Any member shall be automatically
removed it in a given calendar year, he/she is absent from three (3) consecutive regular
meetings."
It is respectfully requested, that the item to fill this position be submitted to the Agenda Office.
