A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION
NO. 12-0414, ADOPTED OCTOBER 25, 2012, TO REFLECT THE
REPROGRAMMING OF EXISTING FUNDING.
WHEREAS, the revised appropriations constitute an update to the existing Multi -Year Capital
Plan approved pursuant to Resolution No. 12-0233, adopted June 28, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the previous appropriations remain authorized to continue previously approved
capital projects; and
WHEREAS, select previous appropriations are being reallocated within Capital Funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated as fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The herein appropriations are hereby made for implementation of municipal capital
improvements of the City of Miami ("City"), for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2013.
Descriptive fund number and project balances, when included, are shown for informational purposes
only.

Fund 32000 Public Safety $ 11,269,725.07
Fund 33000 Disaster Recovery $ 502,257.31
Fund 34000 Public Facilities $ 20,213,265.24
Fund 35000 Parks & Recreation $ 34,221,511.29

Fund 37000 Sanitary Sewer $ 6,935,294.49

Section-3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately: upon its adoption and signature
by the Mayor.{1}

{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, It shall become effective
immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
