The Brickell-Biscayne route modification will provide a transportation alternative for residents in the
neighborhoods immediately north and south of the downtown area to job centers in Downtown Miami as
well as provide transit access to medical facilities at Mercy Hospital. The Coral Way route modification
will expand transportation options to the businesses on Flagler Street where limited on -street parking
impacts traffic flow and will further connect to several surface parking lots located under I-95.
The County and the City wish to enter into this First Amendment to the Interlocal amending the
Brickell-Biscayne and Coral Way Trolley routes.
