INTERNAL AFFAIRS DIVISION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI POLICE DEPARTMENT, WITH A
MONTHLY RENT OF $10,875 ($14.50 PER SQUARE FOOT), FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE
(1),YEAR WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR FIVE (5) ONE-YEAR TERMS; ALLOCATING
FUNDS FROM THE CITY OF MIAMI POLICE DEPARTMENT'S BUDGET, WITH TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AS MORE SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN SAID LEASE AGREEMENT.
