Based on the score the application received and its ranking among the other applications, I am pleased to inform you that the derelict vessel removal project has been awarded funding in the amount of $46,000. Our staff will provide the City of Miami with a grant agreement for review. However, the grant agreement will not be executed until signed by both parties_ Do not begin work on the project until the grant agreement is fully executed. The li'BIP will not reimburse the City of Miami for any funds spent prior to the execution of a grant agreement unless pre -award costs were requested and pre -approved.
