A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID
RECEIVED PURSUANTTO INVITATION FOR BIDS NO. 284254, FROM ORACLE
ELEVATOR, INC., FOR THE PROVISION OF ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE
SERVICES -CITYWIDE, ON AN AS -NEEDED CONTRACTUAL BASIS, FOR A
PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2)
ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS; ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE VARIOUS
SOURCES, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND BUDGETARY
APPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 284254, from Oracle Elevator,
Inc., for the provision of Elevator Maintenance Services -Citywide, on an as -needed contractual basis,
for a period of two (2) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year period, is
accepted,with funds allocated from the various sources, subject to the availability of funds and
budgetary approval at the time of need.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature
of the Mayor.{1}

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
