Mr. Freedman, a Miami native, has 37 years of extensive experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts, handling complex commercial litigation, including class and multi -district litigation, property rights, business torts, land use regulation, anti-trust, ADA, eminent domain, banking, Uniform Commercial Code, and securities regulation. Mr. Freedman represented the plaintiff in the landmark case of Gould v.
