MARINE EQUIPMENT, REPAIRS AND BOAT MAINTENANCE, ON A CITYWIDE, AS NEEDED
CONTRACTUAL BASIS, FOR AN INITIAL CONTRACT PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS WITH THE
OPTION TO RENEW FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS; ALLOCATING FUNDS
FROM THE VARIOUS SOURCES, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND
BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT TIME OF NEED, ADDING SUPPLIERS TO THE CONTRACT AS
DEEMED IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF MIAMI.
