Chief Procurement Officer City Manager ADDENDUM NO. 1 IFB No. 320281 August 1, 2012 Invitation For Bid for Forklift & Other Hydraulic Lifts Maintenance & Repairs TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS: The following changes, additions, clarifications, and deletions amend the IFB documents of the above captioned IFB, and shall become an integral part of the Contract Documents. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged. Please note the contents herein and reflect same on the documents you have on hand. Effectively immediately, per City of Miami Ordinance 13332, the First -Source Hiring Ordinance as codified in Section 18-110 has been repealed in its entirety. As such, please revise your document as follows: -1.
