HomeMy WebLinkAboutAnalyses, Graphics & HEPB-PZAB ResosMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-12-031 File ID 04-00181cr August 01, 2012 Item PZAB.1 Mr. Ernest Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH A CONDITION TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, OF A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), APPROVING A RELEASE OF A DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS DATED JUNE 10, 1996 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17264, PAGES 1095-1099, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 5808 NORTHEAST 4TH COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA, LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: THE OWNER SHALL SUBMIT A 40-YEAR BUILDING RE -CERTIFICATION WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM RELEASE OF THE CURRENT COVENANT SECTIONS RELATED TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION TO ENSURE CURRENT BUILDING CODES AND PROPER MAINTENANCE ARE ACHIEVED.
