It is respectfully recommended that the Miami City Commission adopt the attached Resolution
authorizing the City Manager to accept the donation of an artwork by Pietro Costa titled "Grace" from
the Corpus Christi Catholic Church ("Church").
Background Information:
This artwork was originally donated to the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in 2011 by the artist, Pietro
Costa. The Church no longer has sufficient space to exhibit it and desired to donate it to the City of
Miami for exhibition at the College of Policing. This artwork was done to commemorate the memory
of the tragedy of September 11, 2001.
