The City of Miami Department of Community Development will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to comment on
funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) programs.
The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at: www.miamicov.com/communitydevelopment.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 and ends on
Wednesday, September 12, 2012. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on
Thursday, September 13, 2012. Draft copies will be available at the City of Miarni Department of Community Development office
located at 444 SW 2"d AVE, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (CD Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted in writing to
the CD Address, Attn: Natasha T. Bordes, and must be received no later than September 12, 2012. Interested individuals are
encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special accommodations
may be directed at 305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the public hearing date.

Federal regulations governing Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction
provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In
addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below:*1"

2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of Program Year 2011-2012 Emergency Solutions Grant ("ESG")
administration funds in the amount of $9,000 and allocating said funds to Citrus Health Network, Inc. for administration of grant related
activities.
3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of CDBG funds in the amount of $60,000 from the District 2 Economic
Development Reserve account to Wynwood Arts District Association, Inc. for community economic development activities, specifically the
creation of a Business Improvement District ("BID") for the Wynwood Design District.
4. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the conveyance, with parcel reverter provisions, the City of Miami owned properties located
at 2525 Northwest 34`h Street, Miami, Florida and 1924 Northwest 26`h Street, Miami, Florida to Allapattah Business Development Authority,
Inc. for the purpose of development and management of affordable housing for low to moderate income families.
5. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Amendment II to the Round II Community Development Block
Grant ("CDBG") Disaster Relief Initiative contract between Miami -Dade County and the City of Miami.
6. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the extension of the Agreement end term date between the City of Miami and Little Haiti
Housing Association, Inc. from September 30, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
* The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami
