Year 1 - $135,000 annual salary (bi-weekly) For the second and third subsequent years, the Executive Director shall receive an annual salary equal to (109%) of the annual salary for the immediate preceding 12- month period. 2. Allowances a. Cellular phone (monthly allowance not to exceed $300/month) b. Automobile (monthly allowance not to exceed $800/month) 3. Leave Time FUNDING SOURCES SEOPW OMNI $ 67,500 $ 67,500 $150/month $150/month $400/month $400/month a. Vacation 240 hours/year b. Sick 240 hours/year c. Holidays 11 days/year 4. Retirement a. Pension 401A (10% of annual base salary) b. Deferred Compensation 457 (9% of annual base salary) 5. Insurance a. Health/Vision/Dental CRA Benefit Plan b. Life 2X Annual Salary c. Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance 2X Annual Salary 6. Severence The CRA Board of Commissioners reserves its right to terminate its relationship with the Executive Director by an official act of the Board, without cause shown, in which event the Executive Director shall receive a fixed sum for compensation and forbearance, in an amount equivalent to six months pay and six months health insurance coverage. The Executive Director shall not receive any severance if he is terminated for neglect of duty, misfeasance, or malfeasance, or if he voluntarily resigns.
