AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS, TOTALING $190,500, IN THE AMOUNTS
AND TO THE AGENCIES AS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHMENT "A", ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED, FOR PUBLIC SERVICES ACTIVITIES; ALLOCATING SAID FUNDS
FROM POVERTY INITIATIVES PROGRAM, ACCOUNT NO. 14010.910101.882000;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS, IN A FORM
ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, WITH SAID AGENCIES, FOR SAID PURPOSE.

Background Information:
Due to the decrease of available Community Development Block Grant funds, all Public Service
agencies' allocations have been reduced.
Mayor Regalado wishes to allocate funding from the Poverty Initiatives, Account No.
14010.910101.882000 to help with the funding shortfall (these funds were transferred from the
General Fund NDA Account No. 00001.980000.891000).
Mayor Regalado recommends the allocation of funds from the Poverty Initiatives, totaling $190,500,
in the amounts and to the agencies as specified in Attachment "A", attached and incorporated.
