Backup documents for Item BC. I
Agenda for July 26, 2012
City Commission Appointment
Memo, List of Members,
Applications
Please be advised that backup documents for item BC.1, scheduled for the July 26, 2012, City
Commission Meeting, are being substituted with more updated information. In particular, the
documents being substituted involve the City Commission Appointment Memo, and updated
Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board applications that were submitted by the July 18, 2012,
deadline.
As you know, public notices were placed in the Daily Business Review, Miami Times, and
Diario Las Americas opening up the application period for citizens interested in serving on the
PZAB. The Miami City Code requires that before appointments can be made to the PZAB, the
City Clerk must give at least 30-days notice in a paper of general circulation. Due to this 30-day
requirement, the Clerk's Office was not able to provide the Agenda Office with the most up-to-
date information by its deadline of July 12, 2012.
These backup documents will be forwarded electronically and distributed at the July 24, 2012,
agenda review meeting.
