In particular, the documents being substituted involve the City Commission Appointment Memo, and updated Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board applications that were submitted by the July 18, 2012, deadline. As you know, public notices were placed in the Daily Business Review, Miami Times, and Diario Las Americas opening up the application period for citizens interested in serving on the PZAB. The Miami City Code requires that before appointments can be made to the PZAB, the City Clerk must give at least 30-days notice in a paper of general circulation.
