RODRIGUEZ REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL Oscar Rodriguez is a Real Estate Development Professional with 15 years experience in the South Florida market. During the last decade, Oscar played various key roles in asset management, acquisition of distressed assets, financing, design and execution of projects and governmental relations. Before being appointed to the PAB, I was involved in the neighborhood challenge to the proposed high rise condominium on the Mercy Hospital site. The successful effort took a lot of legal work, which T did on a pro bono basis. 4. Describe any planning or land use or growth management seminars that you have attended.
