A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
ADDING CAPITAL PROJECTS APPROPRIATIONS TO THOSE LISTED IN
RESOLUTION NO. 12-0233, ADOPTED JUNE 28, 2012, AND REVISING
CURRENT APPROPRIATIONS AMONG APPROVED PROJECTS; FURTHER
APPROPRIATING FUNDING FOR THE ADDED PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, a new appropriation of Sanitary Sewer GO Bonds is being established in the
amount of $114,000 for B-30671, Caribbean Marketplace Renovations; and
WHEREAS, a new appropriation of revenues from Subrogation Auto Claims is being
established in the amount of 1.17,803 for B-30666, Damaged Vehicle Replacement/Repairs; and
WHEREAS, a new appropriation of a grant from Bayfront Park Management Trust is being
established in the amount of $300,000 for B-40177, Bayfront Park Pier Repairs; and
WHEREAS, a new -appropriation of DRI revenues, "Downtown Dev. Suppl. Fees Admin", is
being established in the amount of $600,000 for B-30538, Museum Park and $100,000 for B-31206,
S.E. 3 St f/k/a Dupont Plaza; and
WHEREAS, a new appropriation of DRI revenues, "DDRI Air Quality", is being established in
the amount of $313,129.12 for B-30538, Museum Park; and
WHEREAS, a new appropriation of DRI revenues, "DDRI Transportation", is being established
in the amount of $2,296,403.60 for B-30538, Museum Park and $1,500,000 for B-31206, S.E. 3 St
f/k/a Dupont Plaza; and
WHEREAS, the new and revised appropriations constitute an update to the existing Multi -Year
Capital Plan approved pursuant to Resolution No. 12-0233, adopted June 28, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the previous appropriations remain authorized to continue previously approved
capital projects; and
WHEREAS, select previous appropriations are being reallocated within Capital Funds; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary in order to approve appropriations for new sources of
revenues for Fiscal Year 2012 and add to prior year apprbpriations in Capital Funds based on the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted
by reference and incorporated as fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The herein appropriations are hereby made for implementation of municipal capital
improvements of the City of Miami, for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2012. The added
appropriations are designated by,reference to capital fund and fund balances. Descriptive project title
and number, when included, are shown for informational purposes only.

Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature

{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, It shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
