(Secondary) for an initial contractual period of one (1) year with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval. Background Information: On May 31, 2012, the Office of the City Clerk received formal bid #11-12-023 for the project entitled "Dr. MLK Jr. Boulevard Landscaping Contract, M-0090." A total of ten (10) prospective bidders picked up specifications and seven (7) vendors submitted bids. MCT Service, LLC (Primary) and Bannerman Landscaping, Inc. (Secondary) submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bids and are therefore recommended for the award. The term contract will be in an amount not exceed $57,000.
