APPROVE MO/RL/jms Attachment Agenda Coordinator CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on July 26, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements for competitive sealed bidding procedures and approving the purchase from Foray Technologies for Software Upgrades and On - Site services to the Department of Police Law Enforcement Digital Photo Lab System in an amount not to exceed $40,362.00 Inquiries_from_other_potential_sources_of_such_a_package who_feel_that they_might_be_able_to satisf_y_the_ity's__eq uirements_fDr_thisitem_may_oontact_YusbeLGonzalez,_Senior_Pr_ocu rement.
