Your taxpayers will get the police department they're
willing to pay for.
It's not a threat - it's simple economics.
You understand this concept when you shop fr a car,
clothes, and food.
Police services are no different.
Cheap labor never built a good car.
• Cheap labor will never provide good police service.
It should come as no surprise that crime is on the rise.

Don't repeat tle 2010 exo us.
Your police officers will retire and resign in droves they did it before, and they'll do it again.
If you're not looking out for their best interests, they'll do it
on their own.
For once in this City, let's be forward -thinking and
create solutions that will ensure the City will be around
for another 115 years!
Your employees didn't create this fiscal crisis. We
shouldn't have to pay or it.

In 2o09, I was asked to "Eig deeper" in order to save
t e City, and avert layoffs.
We've been digging our own graves ever since.
Every year we are told to just dig a little more so that
we can be fine the following year.
How much more are we expected to dig????
